You can only exchange HoS items Purchased directly from our showroom or website and not from any other retailer (online included) that stock HoS.
All return local exchange requests must be made within 42 hours of receiving the item and must be returned within 3 working days unworn & in the same condition received.
All return international exchange requests must be made within 42 hours of receiving the item and must be returned within 14 working days.
All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags attached before any returns or exchanges can be made.
You can exchange your purchased item for another item of the same value or receive a voucher of the same value.
To ensure that your return is well protected whilst being shipped, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
Once you receive your return approval notification via email, you can then mail or ship your package :

Items must be returned within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email.
You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.
All SALE ITEMS are considered FINAL SALE ITEMS and are therefor NOT refundable.
We do not accept refunds only exchanges or you can receive a HoS voucher.
